Positiv: Clean, very supportive staff, arrived later than expected and they wer happy with the delay I experienced Negativ: Not thier fault - the Heathrow shuttle is now not operating to their hotel so there is an increase in cost of stying there which might be as cost efficient as staying at the holiday Inn nearer the airport. it £25 @5:30am which could be traded for being closer and paying for the shuttle bus monopoly run for LHR

Positiv: Pleased that I could make tea/coffee in the room - but there's never enough milk. Negativ: The shower in my room was lukewarm. I showered around 22h45.

Positiv: Room nice and very clean. Negativ: Advertised a T5 Hotel but not on the Hotel Shuttle route. Taxi was £40 to the hotel and £30 to the terminal. Not convenient.
Reception / restaurant is cold and food mediocre. Better options closer to the terminal.
