Positiv: The lady at the reception was super fast, helpful, polite and to the point. Great service and willingness to assist, I felt welcomed rightaway in a natural way - my compliments! The check out was fast, everything was prepared when i arrived to leave the key. The room was spacious for one person, clean and had all i needed for a night. The location of the hotel is great too, in the city centre.
