Art Studio is a private ground-floor studio apartment in Rovinj Old Town, designed as a compact, comfortable and practical space for two guests.
The open-plan layout includes a comfortable double bed, a dining/work table, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The space is easy to use and works well for couples, solo travelers, short city breaks and longer stays.
The modern kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals, coffee and snacks during your stay.
The private bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, which is especially useful for longer stays or guests traveling light.
Guests can also use a small backyard terrace with a table and two chairs — a quiet spot for morning coffee, a short break during the day or a relaxed evening drink.
The location is highly walkable: restaurants, cafés, bars, the harbor, the waterfront and the beach are all within easy walking distance.
