There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, where you also find a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed and the third room with two single beds; these two rooms share the second bathroom. Between the house and the pergola, there is a charcoal barbecue, a garden and plenty of grass for children to enjoy and play on.

This is an ideal holiday house for people who want to relax and enjoy views of the garden and countryside, it's just a short drive away from Andratx with a local weekly market, tapas bars, and the port of Andratx with great restaurants, sunset bars and shops.
